Favourite Looks From January - April 2016.

Hey lovelies!

 Just thought as a fun little post to do today I'd do my favourite makeup looks from January to April just now, will do this every couple of months! It helps me keep all my favourite looks as well so I can get them back if I ever need/want them! :)

REVIEW: Makeup Revolution Salted Caramel Palette + Swatches.

Hey lovelies,

I think it's about time to introduce you to my be all, end all eyeshadow palette.

It's the Makeup Revolution Salted Caramel palette.

Funnily enough, since taking these photos I have majorly hit pan on the matte white and the warm orangey/brown colour. Help. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Here are the swatches of all the colours.

Obviously the colour pay off for some of them is better than others - it's mainly the matte shades that need a couple layers, but other than that I absolutely love this palette. The packaging is cute, looks like a chocolate bar, the eyeshadows blend like a dream, more or less all of them feel so buttery and smooth when you swatch them and the palette is incredibly versatile - so many looks can be created with it so it's also super handy to travel with! It also smells like chocolate - so what more could you want really?! It's a dupe for the Too Faced chocolate bar palettes and they are more than half the price of them, it's pretty amazing quality for money. I don't even feel the need to get the Too Faced version when this one is so good!

I highly recommend this palette. I'm dying to get my hands on the other Chocolate bar palettes from them! What have you tried from Makeup Revolution that is a must have?

My Paris Experience.

Hey lovelies,

I went to Paris for 5 days from the 8th - 13th April and it was absolutely amazing!

We went to a hotel called Molitor first off and it was very very unique from the other two hotels. In fact, all the hotels we went to were pretty unique. This one was quite modern and more of like a holiday resort kind of place. Also very pricey.

We ate there and the food was absolutely delicious (albeit very pricey) and we only stayed one night and left the next day to travel to the area of Montmarte - where Moulin Rouge is and our next hotel, Hotel Terrass ".

Can we talk about the bathroom lighting? I was in love!

This is where we done most of our exploring, we explored the area of Montmarte and took the Metro to the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Both which were absolutely stunning.

 My boyfriend thinking he was hilarious by walking in front of my photo, haha.

I absolutely fell in love with the French architecture and the eiffel tower and everything, really.

We stayed at the Hotel Terrass " for two nights before heading off to the Metro on to our Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland itself!

Unfortunately, Disneyland itself kinda disappointed us because a lot of the rides were closed to be refurbished and maybe if they weren't some of the main rides that people generally go there for, we would have enjoyed it a lot more! Just felt like if half of the place is closed then the price should drop a little since you're not necessarily getting to go on everything. Other than that though, we were lucky we had quite a nice day weather wise when we went and we still made the most of our day! 

I absolutely loved being in Paris, being away with my significant other :)
